Your Responsibilities:

  • Leading the laboratory for the development and qualification of bioanalytical methods for assessing PK, PD and Immunogenicity
  • Closely interact with Clinical Pharmacology Scientists and Program Leads as well as external CROs for the design, transfer and validation of bioanalytical assays
  • Coordinate, supervise and report results of in-house sample analysis studies (non-GLP)
  • Prepare bioanalytical sections in all submission relevant documents such as IND dossiers or BLA/MAA submission documents
  • Support research teams for bioanalytical, PK and Immunogenicity related questions
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources and constantly search for innovative approaches in the field of Bioanalytics to further expand the companies knowledge and capabilities
  • Providing bioanalytical expertise in potential due diligence or in-licensing projects

Job Qualifications:

  • University degree (Ph.D., M.D. or Pharm.D) related to the area of Bioanalytics
  • Strong expertise in the development of bioanalytical assays (e.g. ELISA, ECL, and cellular in vitro assays) for the analysis of PK, PD and Immunogenicity samples
  • At least five years of pharmaceutical industry experience with background in the development of new biologic entities (NBEs) and successful leadership experience
  • Proven ability to manage strategic, scientific and operational aspects of development projects from a Bioanalytical perspective
  • Capable of working self-dependently and on own initiative with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to closely interact with other Clinical Pharmacology team members as well as interdisciplinary program teams
  • Excellent command of English and preferably German
